In Partnership with the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, the Academy of Our Lady of Peace is proud to host our 4th annual Hackathon, now open to girls from 6th to 12th grade. This year, the theme that has been chosen by the EPICS club at OLP is Animal Endangerment. More than a third of discovered animal species are considered endangered. There is a need for progress in helping restore the balance in nature and our co-habilitation with animals, not to mention humanity’s longstanding damage to the environment and Earth, which has made the land uninhabitable for countless animals. This year our teams will provide solutions to these evolving needs.
