GENERAL DUTIES INCLUDE:

The Student Transportation Driver transports students in a safe and efficient manner and performs all activities related to the operation of school vehicles and supervises Student passengers. The Driver adheres, without exception, to all traffic laws while driving any and all school property. The Driver upholds the Mission of the school. The Driver shall hold and maintain a Valid California Drivers License ((Commercial B preferred but not required), with no serious violations.
The OLP Dance Team is looking for a passionate dance coach to join our family. Within the Athletics Department at the Academy of Our Lady of Peace, the OLP Dance Team is a year-round performance and competitive team. We are looking for someone dedicated to program development who helps coach student-athletes to success on and off the dance floor. We are interested in finding someone who will work closely with the program’s Head Coach and Athletic Director in developing a strong JV Dance Team. Previous teaching/coaching experience in a competitive dance setting is required.
The Accounts Receivable Accountant is a non-exempt, full-time on-site position. The Accounts Receivable Accountant at the Academy of Our Lady of Peace (OLP) is an integral team member of the Business Office. This position is responsible for accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial information. Creates financial transactions that include posting information to accounting journals, worksheets, and accounting software systems. The Accounts Receivable Accountant manages all aspects of accounts receivable management, including but not limited to tuition and reconciling accounts.
The Camp Coordinator is a seasonal, on-site position responsible for supporting the daily operations of Pilot Summer Academy. This role assists with scheduling, activity logistics, communication, and the overall camper and staff experience. The Camp Coordinator works closely with the Camp Director, counselors, and Teaching Fellows to ensure camp runs smoothly, safely, and in alignment with the camp’s mission to provide a fun, inclusive, and enriching environment for all participants.
The camp runs from June 11 to July 17, 2026.
The camp counselor is a seasonal, on-site position responsible for leading and supervising campers in daily activities, ensuring their safety, engagement, and overall positive camp experience. This role works collaboratively with other counselors, program leaders, and the Camp Director, and serves as a vital partner in supporting the camp’s mission to provide a fun, inclusive, and enriching environment for all camp participants.
The camp runs from June 11 to July 17, 2026.
The Teaching Fellow is a seasonal, on-site position responsible for teaching and facilitating STEAM rotations such as science, robotics, PTV, art, dance, and outdoor adventure. Teaching Fellows lead hands-on lessons and activities, support camper learning and engagement, and contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive camp environment. This role works collaboratively with counselors, junior counselors, and the Camp Director, and plays an important part in fulfilling the camp’s mission to provide meaningful, enriching experiences for all campers.

JV Golf Head Coach
The Academy of Our Lady of Peace is currently accepting applications for a JV Golf Head Coach for the upcoming season. This is a seasonal interscholastic coaching position within a competitive CIF girls' golf program.
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated coach who will serve as a positive role model while continuing to develop student-athletes’ skills, course management, and understanding of the game. The ideal candidate will help build confidence, foster a love for golf, and support the overall growth of the program.

This individual wants to make a positive impact on the lives of OLP students by upholding and communicating the school's mission, philosophy, and core values while modeling behavior that inspires excellence and enthusiasm. The Teacher will help students learn and grow to become young women of heart, faith, and courage in the spirit of the Sisters of St. Joseph.
The preferred candidate will have a depth of content knowledge that equips the candidate to teach a summer school course that can include Algebra 1, Algebra 2, or Geometry class, while also having the skills required to teach students at various grades and levels.
Educators applying should have experience with teaching high school Mathematics courses.
