What began in 2016 as a reimagining of Career Day for our students has blossomed into a professional half-day conference open to all community members throughout San Diego. Hosted during Women’s History Month, OLP’s Women’s Symposium celebrates the stories of powerful women and our dedicated allies. As the oldest high school in San Diego and the city’s only remaining all-girls school, OLP stands as the epicenter of women’s learning and empowerment, while welcoming both men and women into the conversation. By hosting this event, we are turning our passion into purpose by living out our mission of creating an innovative learning environment that empowers our young women to become life-long learners and leaders of the next generation.
This event is not only for our students, but for people at every stage of their personal and professional journeys—from middle schoolers and high schoolers to young professionals and seasoned leaders. It is a celebration across generations!
