Athletes must bring a towel, one-piece swim suit, swim cap (optional), goggles and a water bottle.
Day 1: swim for 5 minutes non-stop, tread water for 5 minutes non-stop
Day 2: swim 10x50 and 10x100 (for completion)
*Must complete both days. Although there will be a makeup date, you will need to schedule it with Coach Davila.
