If you have any questions regarding the athletic clearance process, please email Director of Athletics, Mr. Aaron Gonzalez, at email@example.com.
If you have already turned in your current physical (dated after June 2, 2018) to the school, there is no need to upload it again. Once your account has been reviewed, you will get an email from Coach Blackbourn with an emergency card attached. Please print it, have a parent/guardian sign it, and bring it to your coach on the first day of tryouts. You must turn this into your coach in order to tryout.
As a reminder, you will still need to complete this process even if you played a fall or winter sport. Please email Director of Athletics, Aaron Gonzalez, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
