OLP is excited to welcome Chef Alma Fernanda Regalado ’10 to lead us in a virtual cooking workshop on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 5:00 pm PST on Zoom! We hope that you will join along with your OLP sisters.
Alma is a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef based in San Diego and Tijuana. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu Mexico City, Chef Alma worked in several restaurants (including a two Michelin star restaurant in Madrid!), and then as a private chef in San Diego. She has since expanded her business, Chef Alma Fernanda, into a comprehensive food service company that includes cheese and charcuterie boards, catering, and cooking workshops.
Don’t miss this opportunity to reconnect with fellow OLP alumnae as Chef Alma teaches us how to make a delicious meal from start to finish. Attendees can cook along with Chef Alma in real time or watch, learn, and cook later.
