OLP is involved in various charitable drives every year. Take a look at some of our annual charitable giving partnerships.
Responding to Hurricane Harvey

- The student club Pilots 4 Prayer is using social media to send prayers to fellow Catholic students who were impacted by the storm.
- We are in contact with the San Diego Blood Bank to host a blood drive for Hurricane Harvey victims.
- The OLP community as a whole has been praying for the people of Texas.
Annual Spring CSJ Outreach
Every spring, OLP participates in the Get on the Bus fundraiser, which was founded by our CSJ Sisters. Get On The Bus brings children and their caregivers from throughout the state of California to visit their mothers & fathers in prison. Learn more here or by watching this video.
St. Vincent de Paul
Eight times a year, students from our sophomore class spend a day at St. Vincent de Paul in downtown San Diego. St. Vincent de Paul has asked for specific donations for us to bring when we visit, such as towels and washcloths for the showers at their Day Center and art supplies for their preschool. Each class brings a collection of these items when we visit. Learn more on our retreats page.
