Education & Credentials:

  • MA in Therapeutic Experiential Education with an emphasis on Service Learning from Prescott College, 2013
  • BA in Interpersonal Communications from the University of San Diego, 2009

Biography:

Mrs. Wilson started working at OLP in 2016 and is responsible for our immersion programs, retreats and charitable giving drives. Mrs. Wilson grew up in Poway, CA, and received her Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications from the University of San Diego. After graduation, Mrs. Wilson moved to the east coast to be a part of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps (JVC). In 2013, she received her Master’s degree in Therapeutic Experiential Education from Prescott College, where she delved deeper into studies of spirituality, service learning, and cultural immersion. Mrs. Wilson has worked in a variety of social services roles over the years, focusing on at-risk youth in San Diego County. She has also led and directed high school service learning and immersion programs both stateside and abroad. Mrs. Wilson truly believes OLP supports the development of our students both academically and spiritually, while giving them a greater worldview through service learning opportunities.
