Strength & Conditioning Program

OLP Athletics would like to introduce our Pilots Strength and Conditioning program led by Coach Kevin Soares. The program will consist of 11 sessions starting October 16 - November 8. Classes will take place Monday and Wednesdays from 3 - 4 pm and Fridays from 2 - 3 pm. All classes will take place on OLP campus. Fee will be $155 for the entire program. Should you have any questions, please contact Coach Soares at [email protected]. We are looking for at least 10 - 15 students to register. All students and Student-Athletes are welcome to register.
