Alumna of the Year Award

2021 Annual Alumna of the Year Award

Please join the Academy of Our Lady of Peace for a virtual celebration of Sonia Maciejewski ’06

Each year, the Academy of Our Lady of Peace honors an alumna who has distinguished herself as a woman of the CSJ tradition: a woman of heart, a woman of faith, a woman of courage and a woman of excellence. Through her dedication to serve others and care for the “dear neighbor,” Sonia Maciejewski ‘06 has brought honor and distinction to her alma mater and her community.

In gratitude, we will honor her as the 2021 Alumna of the Year at the start of our virtual St. Joseph’s Day Mass.

“As an alumna of OLP, I recognize the impact a spiritual and academic education can have on a young woman’s life. During my years at OLP, I acquired the fundamental values of faith, leadership, and education, which I have continued to practice in my daily life. These core values were instilled within me by a unique environment created by the people and curriculum at OLP.

In hopes of providing a similar experience for other young women that embody the charism of the sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, I ask you to consider contributing to the Alumnae Scholarship Endowed Fund with the enclosed form or online at aolp.org/alumnaoftheyear. I am confident that with the help of your donation, the recipients of the Alumnae Scholarship will also carry the values they obtain at OLP with them throughout their lives and be able to use them to influence their surrounding communities. I’d like to thank you in advance for your consideration.”
