Course Description:
Yoga I will focus on building strength, flexibility and endurance. Students will also learn mindfulness, breathing exercises, concentration techniques, and stress-reducing techniques. Primary principles beyond the physical practice include chakras in Yoga I and the 8 limb path of yoga in Yoga II.
