This course fulfills one semester of the Health & Fitness graduation requirement.
All levels of athletic ability are accepted in this course, however, this course is tailored toward the student who spends a considerable amount of time outside of school hours practicing, training, and competing either for OLP or offsite clubs. This Functional Strength and Mobility course is a strength training course that is designed to teach students to learn how to target and train muscular imbalances for better performance. Active recovery, joint mobility, and soft tissue release techniques will also be taught.
