This course fulfills one semester of the PE graduation requirement.

Course Description:

This course is designed to familiarize students with the principles of strength and conditioning training. Safe and proper lifting techniques and conditioning methods will be taught. Students will develop the knowledge necessary to track their resistance training progress and will experience quality workout sessions in class. Tests and measurements of fitness, strength, conditioning, and progress will be a means of assessment and evaluation.
