Course Description:
The Group Fitness Course is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Body Pump style course that is a form of physical activity that combines muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness in a group setting. This course is similar to circuit type workouts that are usually set to music. Students will work up a sweat while actively learning technique and proper etiquette in group exercise classes.
