Application forms are available through the Front Office for returning students in January. Incoming 8th graders can pick the aid application forms after acceptance to OLP, but not before that.

Additionally we have book scholarships given by OLP Alumnae Association. Please contact our Alumnae office.

TUITION PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

SENIORS, JUNIORS, SOPHMORES 2008-2009

All families need to turn in their $300 fee and signed contracts on Academic Advisement Night.

All families are assumed to be using the same payment option as last year. Payment amounts, due dates, and late payment fees are on your enclosed contracts and the tuition payment schedule. Please call the school if you wish to change your payment plan from last year's. You are either:

1. Prepaying of the entire amount by 6/30/08, saving $200. Prepayment may be made after this date, but the savings disappear.

2. Making monthly payments from June 2008 to May 2009 using FACTS.

Prepayment by 6/30/08 is made directly to the school, and can be made by cash, check, certified funds, or credit card. Mark your tuition contract with a large circled "A" on the upper right corner. On Academic Advisement Night bring your signed contract (marked "A" in the upper corner!), and your $300 deposit.

Monthly payments will be collected by FACTS. Those families who used FACTS last year will be automatically reenrolled with FACTS. Those families that are changing from prepaying to monthly paying must fill out a FACTS authorization form available from the business office. The annual fee of $38 will be collected by FACTS in March. This fee is in addition to tuition. Call FACTS directly 1-800-624-7092 if you wish to change the bank account that you are paying from. On Academic Advisement Night bring your signed contract and your $300 deposit.

Late re-enrollment, which means turning in your $300 fee and the signed contract after 2/28/08 will increase the $300 fee. From 3/01/08 to 03/14/08 the fee will be $350, and after 3/15/08 the fee goes to $400. Partial payments will not be accepted.

Question and concerns should be directed to Mr. Mahadevan. Please do not wait until Academic Advisement Night to speak to him, as collection of the paperwork from all our parents will prohibit Mr. Mahadevan from talking to you at that time.

TUITION PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

FRESHMEN 2008-2009

All families need to turn in their $300 fee, signed contracts, and FACTS forms (for monthly payers) on Incoming Freshman Parent Night.

All families must choose between two payment options. Payment amounts, due dates, and late payment fees are on your enclosed contracts and the tuition payment schedule.
1. Prepayment of the entire amount by 6/30/08 saves $200. Prepayment may be made after this date, but the savings disappear.
2. Monthly payments from June 2008 to May 2008 using FACTS. FACTS is an independent tuition collection service.

Prepayment by 6/30/08 is made directly to the school, and can be made by cash, check, certified funds, or credit card. Mark your tuition contract with a large circled "A" on the upper right corner. Do not fill out the FACTS form. On Freshman Enrollment Night bring your signed contract (marked A in the upper corner!), and your $300 deposit.

Monthly payments will be collected by FACTS, and can be made from a checking or savings account, or by master card. Pamphlets from FACTS are enclosed. There is a three-part form enclosed, some of which has been completed for you. A fee of $38 will be collected by FACTS which is in addition to tuition. Use of a credit card is subject to a convenience fee. Call FACTS directly 1-800-624-7092 to discuss the credit card option with them.

The FACTS form must be completed by all monthly payers. First, attach a copy of a voided check (no deposit slips!), or savings account info (preferably a form from your bank, but not a deposit slip). The school has completed part 1, part 5 and most of part 4. Finish parts 2 and 3. In part 4 choose between making payments on the 5th or the 20th. In part 5, FACTS offers their POM insurance. The insurance is not mandatory, and is strictly a family decision. At the bottom in part 6 the signature of the paying party listed in part 2 is necessary. Adjustment to the payment amounts for tuition aid, etc. will be done by the school after these forms are submitted to FACTS.

THERE IS NO LATE ENROLLMENT. Partial or post-dated payments will not be accepted. All forms must be turned in on 3/26/08 or 3/27/08. Failure to appear and submit all paperwork will mean you will have lost your enrollment, and your spot will be given to a student on the waiting list.

Question and concerns should be directed to Mr. Mahadevan. Please do not wait until Freshman Enrollment Night to speak to him. Collection of the paperwork from all our parents will prohibit Mr. Mahadevan from helping you at that time.
